Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, unless stated otherwise (posting issues, backorder/pre-order, etc.). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Upon rare occasion, if there is any delay in processing due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control, the customer will be notified of such delays and will receive updated information regarding their order status. 


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
CANADA:

1. UNTRACKED: We offer $5 untracked shipping within Canada for Jewelry items ONLY. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages with untracked shipments. There will be NO tracking information provided. We strongly advise against this as there is no way of knowing where the package is once it gets sent out. Use at the buyers risk.

2. TRACKED: We offer tracked shipping for all packages. Cost will be calculated based on your location and displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

3. FLAT RATE (tracked, CAD): We offer a flat rate of $14.95 on non-jewelry items and or larger packaged items (by weight)

UNITED STATES:

1. SMALL USA PACKET: We offer $10 CAD (approx. $8 USD) shipping on jewelry items only. Most small USA packets will be tracked with protection. 

2. TRACKED: We offer tracked shipping on all non-jewelry items. Cost will be calculated based on your location and displayed at checkout.

 

BOTH Canada and USA have free shipping options on $150 and above. 

 

Local delivery
We do not offer local pickup or delivery options at this time.


International Shipping
We offer shipping to Canada, the United States and other foreign countries. Our shipping rates are automatically calculated based off of postal rates. All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Upon rare occasion, if there is any delay in processing due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control, the customer will be notified of such delays and will receive updated information regarding their order status. 

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyer is responsible for paying any customs and import taxes that may apply. Rowdy Boy is not responsible for delays due to customs.


How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status, if you have selected tracked shipping. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at rowdyboyco.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. All untracked orders cannot be tracked, therefore there is no way of checking to see where the package is. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We do not provide refunds, returns or exchanges. 


In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at rowdyboyco10@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
