Returns

There will be NO refunds or exchanges for all JEWELRY & ACCESSORIES.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include pictures of the item and it's packaging to help expedite this process.

Items returned to sender as undeliverable/incomplete address/addressee unknown

Please make sure to confirm your address information is correct prior to checkout. We are unable to modify shipping address information once a package has shipped. 

We will reship orders that carriers return to us as undeliverable. 

Refunds
